Qubes 4 AMD Microcode

What is the current status of Qubes 4 in relation to microcode updates
for AMD processors?

Are the latest spectre, etc. related updates for all applicable
processor families provided?

iirc there was new microcode accompanying the latest xen point release (surrounding the latest security bulletin).

I was more trying to find out if the microcode updates provided by Qubes
include all of the processor families that AMD has released.

For some families, the version appears to be old (at least based on what
is listed via cpuinfo) so was wondering if it was an update issue or if
what is provided by Qubes doesn't include all the processor families
released.
