preloading library (LD_PRELOAD?!) in Dom0 to make adaptec arcconf work

Hi!
Basically decided to put adaptec storage manager in Dom0 so I don't have to reboot into windows to configure / checkup my raid (had some Odd Noises)

The following error happens

Unfortunately,
export LD_PRELOAD="/usr/StorMan/libstdc++.so.5" seems to have no effect

Any pointers as to how to make Dom0 preload the library, and is it even doable?
