If I understand you right, you are using Firefox to browse to monip and
it shows your real IP, not a Tor one. Make sure you are using the right
Firefox. If you have a fresh install of Qubes, try the one in
Disposable: whonix-ws-15-dvm/TorBrowser (Anondist).
