Memory snapshot

Hello, I'm running a VM which is suspected to contain malware. Therefore I would like to get a snapshot of the VM's RAM in order to further analyze it.

Can this be done in Qubes?

Qvm-pause might do it. Not sure where it saves the file for memory.
