Does Bleachbit securely erase all data?

have appvms where I store some of my banking data.

bleachbit (as root) comes pre-installed with debian-8

how do I make sure all my data is ERASED 100% ?

Bleachbit > General Tab , shows me only one option to select
'overwrite files to hide content'

check this , select files in your trash bin and my unwanted files are gone forever?

If you have SSD, there's unfortunately little an AppVM can do to really
erase its data as the SSD controller is free to relocate AppVM's data
blocks elsewhere on the physical device when you overwrite to them.
In contrast to HDDs, the SSD controllers really do that relocating whole
the time to increase the lifespan of the drive and at least some
forensics may still reveal the previous version of the data.
