If you have SSD, there's unfortunately little an AppVM can do to really
erase its data as the SSD controller is free to relocate AppVM's data
blocks elsewhere on the physical device when you overwrite to them.
In contrast to HDDs, the SSD controllers really do that relocating whole
the time to increase the lifespan of the drive and at least some
forensics may still reveal the previous version of the data.
