AEM Issue at boot

Hello,
i just installed AEM, however, if i choose the AEM qubes option in Grub, it fails and falls back, i can only boot Qubes normally.
I didnt install it on a usbdevice(tried it at first), because that way the AEM option did not even show in the grubmenu.

its a lenvovo x1C, 1gen txt /tmp is enabled, i should have got the right SINIT module.(i renamed it to SINIT.BIN, could that be a problem?)
