Hi,

I'd like to drop Debian 7 support in Qubes 3.2, even though it is still
have long term support. Mostly because of ancient libraries and having
code compatible with those require some effort (like #ifdefs sprayed
across the code). Also Debian 7 is incompatible with "vsyscall=none"
kernel setting[1].

But if anyone know some good reason to keep Debian 7 support, that's
fine.

No problem for me.

Keep it fresh and up-to-date.

Perhaps this?

"The majority of vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel are ones that have
been released just recently, something any honest person active in
kernel development can attest to."

How does it apply to a Debian? And even if it does, Debian 8 was
released over a year ago. And standard support for Debian 7 is already
over (only LTS for selected architectures are still valid).

Ah, did not realize Debian 7 was no longer officially supported.
Never mind!
