make get-sources-extra failing kernel 4.4.38.tar missing

Hi,

I have been trying to build Qubes from source.

Currently I am having difficulty with make get-sources

It is trying to download the kernel-4.4.38.tar.xz and it is missing.

I had this working a few days ago with kernel-4.4.11 I don't know why it is asking for 38 and failing.

Looks like this to be relevant:

Our makefile use "ftp.kernel.org" name (to download sources using HTTP).
As for quick fix, edit qubes-src/linux-kernel/Makefile and set MIRROR
variable to "cdn.kernel.org".
