Retiring R4.0 repositories

Hi all,

I'll be removing R4.0 repositories from yum.qubes-os.org shortly. As
README there states, the archive is at
https://qubes.notset.fr/archive/repo/yum/.

It shouldn't affect anyone using supported version, and those still
running R4.0 (stats say a little over 10k users...) wouldn't receive any
updates from there anyway (we don't build new packages there anymore).
It will result in an error when checking for updates on R4.0 systems,
but that actually can be a good thing - yet another hint that R4.0
systems are not supported anymore.

Sadly, this also breaks upgrade to R4.1:

I'll delay complete removal, but still will cleanup templates
repositories (putting a metalink redirect to the archive instead).
