Debian buster packages for R3.2

Hi,

I've just uploaded packages for buster into R3.2 testing repository.
Some of you already tried to use Debian testing and at least
sound was broken (because of different pulseaudio version). I hope this
will help.

Note that those packages are totally untested. And because Debian
testing is evolving dynamically now, things may stop working after some
update (for example next pulseaudio version).

Packages for R4.0 will be later.
