Stuck on "Preparing build node"

Hi

I'm trying to update an old project (last built about 5 years ago), and the new builds have been stuck at "Preparing build node" for close to an hour. It's a new build trigger. I've tried using both SSH (adding the SSH public key for access) and HTTPS, and I've tried both pushing to the repository and manually triggering a build. The builds show the expected commit hash, so I'm guessing it's not an issue with permission accessing the repository. The repository contains just a Dockerfile.
