5hp Quasi-turbine motor

A few year ago I spoke with Gille anxious to see when a finished product would be available to market. I believe they were busy making proto-types and designs for a chainsaw, and I am hoping by now you would have some licensed manufacturer going. Question two: Would that source be permitted to sell just the motor for other applications?
