How to convert cron expression into Timespan

Hi Team,

currently I am working an applicaiton in SAGA scheduler, I need to set a time out for that application.

Currently am passing to TimeSpan.FromSeconds(30) . But it should be every thusday 10am UTC .

How to convert cron expression into Timespan
