Job doesn't executes after scheduler has been started

Hi,

I am new to Quartz.net.

I created a job that runs every 10 sec. But the job doesn't execute even after the scheduler is being started. 

This is the output in the console...

 Scheduler DefaultQuartzScheduler_$_NON_CLUSTERED started.

Any idea about this issue......
