I'm using AVFoundation on the iPhone to take a series of camera
snapshots of a moving object, and stitching them together.

Based on what I am seeing, it **appears** that there is a small amount
of jitter in the "snapping" of the images. What I'd like to do is get
the timestamp of when the image was taken.

I see a number of functions that operate on the sampleBuffer and return
timestamps, but nothing appears to be related to the creation time:

CMSampleBufferGetPresentationTimeStamp();
CMSampleBufferGetDecodeTimeStamp();
CMSampleBufferGetOutputDecodeTimeStamp();
CMSampleBufferGetOutputDuration();

Any pointers would be most appreciated!

David
