Hi, this is in response to your 7 don'ts.
I am not in agreement for the following don'ts
Loosening of belt, Having fruits and Walk about.
Excess tightness of the belt after the food may and would obstruct the digestion.
After the food having fruit or sweet would enhance the digestion. (Ofcourse should not have more quantity)
As far as walking is concerned, definitely it would help side by side, for the normal digestion.
And ofcourse, I totally in agreement with you for the other four don'ts.
Smoke, Tea, Bathe and Sleep.
Any Explanations - I shall be grateful. (I am afraid whether I am challanging a Medic ?). May God Bless.
