Quarkus 3.4.0.CR1

Hi,

I released Quarkus 3.4.0.CR1 core artifacts (I am in the process of releasing the platform) and the CI result for the upgrade is not very satisfactory:

One of the issues is summed up in this quickstart PR: https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-quickstarts/pull/1320/files .

I'm not sure all the failures are related, I pinged a few people there.

I'm not sure if Camel Quarkus has a new release planned where this could be fixed. If not, we probably need to put back the dependency for 3.4 and remove it in 3.5 so that you have more time to adjust.

Let me know (preferably quickly as Final is not far away). I put Phillip in cc, make sure you keep him in the loop.

We decided to include back the dependency containing the build items of the old dev console for 3.4.0 and we will only remove it in 3.5. We will do a proper announcement on quarkus-dev.

So you should have to fix your extensions right away regarding this issue.
