Upgrade to Testcontainers 2.x in main

Hi,

FYI, we updated to Testcontainers 2.x in main, as they don't plan on maintaining the 1.x branch at all.

This version introduces some breaking changes, most notably changes in artifact names (with no relocations!) and changes in package names.

It's not really ideal but I think it's something we had to do.

Let me know if you can't solve issues on your side and if we have to reconsider this change.

Note: another big change will land soon: the JUnit 6 upgrade. I will send a specific email about that once the PR is merged.
