Mandrel 25.0.4.1 (JDK 25, LTS) and 23.1.12.1 (JDK 21, LTS)
are ready to start building your Quarkus native executables.

Portable, standalone downloads for Linux aarch64 (ARM64), amd64,
Windows amd64, and MacOS aarch64 (ARM64) are available on GitHub releases:

Quarkus native builder images are available in the registry, both for amd64 and aarch64 systems:

UBI9 based:

Don't forget to pull the updated image.

Release Notes:
This is a Critical Security Patch Update (CSPU) bringing updated OpenJDK versions to Mandrel.
Mandrel itself is the same as in the previous release though: https://groups.google.com/g/quarkus-dev/c/zFE8P1Hx8EE

UBI9/UBI10:
Note that you can build with an older Linux image and run
on a newer Linux image, but not vice-versa, i.e. UBI9 built apps
won't run with UBI8 or Amazon Linux 2 runtime images,
one would need e.g. UBI9 or Amazon Linux 2023.

GraalVM CE 25.3.4.1+1.1:
GraalVM CE images are also updated to the latest CSPU (ubi, ubi9, ubi10):

$ podman run quay.io/quarkus/ubi9-quarkus-graalvmce-builder-image:jdk-25 --version

TL;DR: Use Mandrel 25.0.4.1 (JDK 25, LTS) wherever you can.
Mandrel based on JDK 21 will receive October CPU update and will retire.
