Extention proposal: reactive Elasticsearch client

Hi,

I created an extension proposal for a reactive Elasticsearch client based on the Vert.x reactiverse Elasticsearch client, those how are interested please +1 on the extension proposal: https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/17996

I made some early prototypes and it works well and integrates smoothly inside Quarkus reactive engine, thanks to the work of Julien Ponge on the Mutiny based reactive Vert.x client.
