Getting Quarkiverse extensions to the Universe BoM and code.quarkus.io properly

Hi,

some Camel Quarkus extensions depend on Quarkiverse extensions. The
current Quarkus Platform tooling was not 100% ready for that and the
result is that those Quarkiverse extensions now a part of the Universe
BoM [1] and code.quarkus.io [2][3][4].

The main issue with this is that these Quarkiverse extensions are not
properly tested in the platform. That should always happen prior to
bringing them as transitive dependency.

So please, do not smuggle extensions into the platform as we (Camel
Quarkus) did, rather ask for the inclusion of the given extension first,
like we were asked to do now [5][6][7].
