Documentation preview workflow changes

Hi,

The GitHub Security Lab reported several issues with our documentation preview workflow.

I fixed the issues and pushed the fixes to main... but this workflow is a bit hard to test in isolation so there's a good chance I broke something by doing so :).

I will create a test PR and make sure things work. You might have issues with this workflow until things are fixed.

 I will post updates in this thread.
