Mandrel 21.3.1.0-Final and 22.0.0.2-Final (Quarkus native builder)

Hello,

Mandrel 21.3.1.0-Final and 22.0.0.2-Final are ready
to start building Quarkus native executables.

Portable, standalone downloads for Linux aarch64 (ARM), amd64
and Windows amd64 are available on Github releases:

https://github.com/graalvm/mandrel/releases/tag/mandrel-22.0.0.2-Final


Quarkus native builder images are available in the registry:

  quay.io/quarkus/ubi-quarkus-mandrel:22.0-java17
  quay.io/quarkus/ubi-quarkus-mandrel:22.0-java11
  quay.io/quarkus/ubi-quarkus-mandrel:21.3-java17
  quay.io/quarkus/ubi-quarkus-mandrel:21.3-java11

Not officially, but some of us are experimenting with it.

Personally things are looking great on my side :) Compilation times are quicker, binaries are a little smaller (in my very limited experience) and have not hit any problem. 

I don't know about runtime efficiency yet.

I'd recommend to try it out as well and let us know.

We have standalone tarballs for the time being:

We can explore multiarch builder images too. It would have to fit into
https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-images/ infra.
