OSGi Service registry + MCP Tools = Dynamic ToolGroups

Howdy,

I've been doing some work on using the OSGI service registry injection dynamics, to allow for dynamic 'toolgroups' to be added/removed from Java-based MCP Servers.

I think this shows some of the value of the OSGi service registry (and injection/dynamics/security/remote services, etc) that could easily benefit the Quarkus community interested in AI/MCP Server integration.
