Quarkus 3.26 and 3.27 LTS is coming

Hi,

As the feature freeze for 3.26 and 3.27 LTS is coming (we will release 3.26.0.CR1 on Wednesday so freeze is on Tuesday evening), let's try to focus on bug fixing, smoothing the small pain points and improving the user experience.

Also if there is an existing PR you want in, now is a good time to push for it to be included.
