New WG proposed: Spring-Style Testing Compatibility for Quarkus

Hello,

I have just opened a WG proposal aimed at enabling Spring developers to migrate to Quarkus with minimal friction by exploring and providing compatibility layers for the most common Spring testing patterns. So they don’t need to rewrite their existing tests.

Comments and feedback are welcome. The initial point of contact would be Eric and Aurea (and Martin is also looking into that space).
