Quarkus 3.34 branched

Hi,

We just branched 3.34. The main branch is now 3.35.

Please make sure you add the appropriate backport labels from now on:

- for anything required in 3.34 (currently open pull requests included), please add the triage/backport label

- for fixes we also want in future 3.33 LTS, please add the triage/backport-3.33 label

- for fixes we also want in future 3.32, please add the triage/backport-3.32 label

- for fixes we also want in future 3.27 LTS, please add the triage/backport-3.27 label
- for fixes we also want in future 3.20 LTS, please add the triage/backport-3.20 label
