Starting pushing reproducible build patches

Hi,

I have started pushing small patches related to build reproducibility.

They look a bit random but they are not (pun intended: they actually order things!), they are part of a larger effort to improve the reproducibility of our builds (both the build of Quarkus itself and the build of Quarkus applications).

Let's try to get these various patches in as each of them helps a bit. I have been making steady progress... even if I'm not entirely there yet - and I'm not entirely sure the last issue is solvable - will send an email when most of the small items have been incorporated.

I tried to make them isolated and semantic and I think each of them separately is relatively simple to review and make sense.
