[Quarkiverse Hub] Archiving the GitHub Template repository

Hello,

This is more for the Quarkiverse Hub maintainers: Starting now, new Quarkiverse Hub extensions should be created using the following command instead of using the GitHub Template (which already proved to be not so flexible): 

mvn io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin:create-extension -DgroupId=io.quarkiverse.myext -DextensionId=my-ext -U  

The GitHub Template repository will be archived and the documentation will be changed to promote the create-extension command instead.  Let me know if there are any objections, if not I'll proceed with the archival and update the docs to reflect that.
