Does anyone have a quick answer to the rim width for the standard 15
ins alloys as supplied by Q, bought mine approx 5 years ago. I
believe they are 6J, but not 100% sure. Thx

My old Fox 1 evo were 6.5J x 15 with an offset of ET35. The
replacements are 7J x 15 ET32

It will be marked somewhere on the wheel.
Either stamped on a flat area on the rim, under the centre cap (if it has
them) or sometimes on the rear of the wheel in the recesses between the bolt
holes.
I don't remember any alloys that didn't have the size and the offset stamped
somewhere.

Note that standard ford 15" wheels (e.g. Focus) are offset 55 - and as
a result don't fit without spacers. I found that out the hard way...
anyone want some focus wheels?

Thanks Jim, finally got round to taking a wheel off they are 6.5J,
more importantly the offset was 25, I thought they were 35.

Ford offset is often quoted as being 35mm but in practice Ford varied
it rather a lot depending on the car and the wheels width.

I fitted Peugeot fitment 15" Wolfrace wheels to Kevin. I think they were
about ET25. This was on the recommendation of John Sampson. The only problem
was the Peugeot hubs and about 2mm larger diameter and the Wolfrace wheels
didn't take the plastic insert they were just machined to fit direct.

Regards

Chris
