Never buy a house/apartment from Sai Builders, Velachery, Chennai.
Recently we brought a house from Sai Builders, who claims himself as a leader in the business. Initially it was breeze doing business with him, later it was the most awful experience of our life.

It was all complete lie. You end up in living in a place which is built without a measuring tape. |
You are not living in US to have things perfect. |
“Sai builders” thinks that people working for IT firms have more money so why not they pay more to him. Let us join our hands and put a period to this kind of real estate people and save our fellow human beings. Only if we rise up and keep real estate people like “Sai Builders” out, we can make other non IT people to buy their dream house.
I was trying to reach him for past 1 month to discuss my grievances but he is simply hiding himself. When I went to his office to meet him, he some how avoided me. I even wrote a letter to him, for that also no reply. At the end of the day after paying lakhs, I am getting ill treated by “Sai Builders” and their employees.
My request to you all is please pass this message to all of them you know. Caution people about “Sai Builders” and make sure that another person is not getting cheated from him.
