Error installing with Environ 2.0.3

I would like to install Environ 2.0.3 with QE 7.0, these are the following steps I used:

after I configure both QE and Environ, then I used these following commands:

make depend

make compile

make install

Then i chose the 'all' option. However, I faced the following issue:

/bin/mv: cannot stat `QE_comp.log': No such file or directory
cat: QE_precomp.log: No such file or directory
cat: temp: No such file or directory
/bin/rm: cannot remove `temp': No such file or directory
/bin/rm: cannot remove `QE_precomp.log': No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1

I noticed that the abovementioned files are not exist in the install directory of Environ.
