Is the documentation up-to-date?

Dear Environ developer,

I just compiled recently the latest version of Environ (3.0) and Quantum ESPRESSO (7.2). It seems though that some input parameters have been removed. 

For example, I set the `mix_type = 'broyden'` in the ELECTROSTATIC card, and pw.x would throw an error.

Moreover, I think the link to the documentation (ono this page http://www.quantum-environ.org/faqs.html) is also broken.
