Issue in usage of environ

I tried to run an environ code with a 1D material in vacuum and in water. Even though i did the same way as mentioned in the documentation page, my calculation  resulted in the same answer for energy. Coming across the output file I came to notice that environ set up summary is not found meaning it has not used it. 

Can some one help me in identifying the issue behind this
