Translations and Rotations with Libra

Hi everyone,

I just got the rotation/translation utilities in Libra revised. As of now, it works correctly and has a correct implementation of rotation of user-defined groups of atoms (fragments) around arbitrary centers and directions. The usage pattern is also simplified in regard to the previous versions (to essentially 1 line). The examples are updated in the tests/example_8_rotation. This can come handy if you work on complex PES scans or just want to make cool animations (e.g. moving nanocars). Also check out the cool animation (animated gif in the directory) of the C60 rotations and translations.
