When running fragment-namd tutorial https://github.com/Quantum-Dynamics-Hub/libra-code/tree/master/developments/fragments-namd ,
I found the error message saying "the function named solve_eigen_gen isn't found."
3 or 4 months before, I ran the code and found it worked well.
Now, I find only solve_eigen function in source code, so should I replace it with solve_eigen_gen?

Best,
Kosuke

Hi Kosuke,

Yes, this can be expected - I have redesigned the interfaces of such functions in the new math sub-library, but the fragmentation code (as well as some other parts of the tutorials - we really need some unittests system )) ) is not updated to reflect those changes. Please see the new function signatures/interfaces in the source https://github.com/Quantum-Dynamics-Hub/libra-code/blob/devel/src/math_meigen/libmeigen.cpp  Sorry for the inconvenience. If  you happen to fix this script with the new function signatures, please consider opening a pull-request.

Best,
Alexey

Hi Alexey,

thank you for the answer. I'll do pull-request if I can modify the script correctly.
