Photomicrographs of A,C and E are squamous cell carcinoma, breast carcinoma grade 2 and 3 respectively on Hematoxyllin and Eosin while B,D and F are showing p53 mutation by Immunohistochemistry of same tumors shown on right side
p53 mutation on chromosome 17 location at p13.1 (red probe) carcinoma Breast along with centromere of same chromosome (green signals ).
p53 mutation on chromosome 17 location at p13.1 (red probe) Squamous cell carcinoma along with Centromere (green signals).
