Name change of this group and infinite horizon linear programming

Dear Colleagues:

In order to widen the scope of our group we have changed its name to "Quantitative Economics". In India at least, the origin of the concept of Quantitative Economics, can very likely be traced back to Professor CR Rao and his contemporaries during the late 1950's, if not earlier. Like a banyan tree, QE has grown way up from where and how it began, but without its roots it can't exist.
