Manufacturing Strategies has become once again hot subject due to recent recession. Such situations requires quick changeover in manufacturing to meet changed customer demand. It requires use of some techniques to facilitate quick change with minimum loss. Mr. Dilip Mandavgane will take us through the various techniques / changes that can be adopted to remain fit in such situation.
Mr. Dilip S Mandavgane is Master In Engineering and also done DBM. At present he is visiting lecturer at MIT Collage of business and Modern Collage of Engineering Design. Previously he has experience as Joint General Manager at L & T. He has also set up world class green field manufacturing facility at Indore and Pune. He is expert is in many fields including Assembly line setup, Process optimization and factory operation management.
