Quality/Change Management in Business Functions such as HR, Marketing,
Planning, etc. 4 to 10 years total experience with 3 or more in
service quality management.
Change Management in Sales and Account Management for enhancing
customer experience. 4 to 10 years total experience with 3 or more in
service quality management.
