Job Description:
- Engage business leaders to adopt quality as an enabler for business
improvement
- Identifies, priorities and facilitates improvements projects that
consistently meet or exceed customer-defined specifications while
maximizing certified financial benefit
- Partner with Process Owners and Champions to drive results and
assist in project identification/selection, assuring linkage between
projects and business and customer priorities
- Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit
- Train and coach Business Managers, Process Owners, Champions, and
project teams in the use of process improvement tools and methodology
to ensure timely completion of projects with expected internal and
external customer results
- Act as change agent to instill continual improvement culture
throughout the organization
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects across multiple functions or
businesses
Desired Profile:
- Self-directed, team player with experience of two to nine years
proven and broadbased process management & improvement experience,
- Minimum engineering degree or technology, Post-graduation in
operations management preferred thought not a must,
- Technical competency in Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, Six Sigma skills:
DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out, process management, change
management and advanced statistical techniques
- Experience coaching and delivering training at all levels of an
organization
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-
functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and
facilitation skill
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple
projects
- Experience in driving improvements in a manufacturing or service set
up
- Proficiency in Windows, Minitab, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and
simulation software
- Certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt, BPM
Leader or Lean Change Agent or equivalent preferred
