Supplier quality management is always an issue of discussion while buying part, systems or products. Risk Based Supplier Quality Management is process by which one can manage the supplier quality issue better. Mr. Shyam Dikshit will take us through the process and how it can be used effectively by aligning Purpose, Process and People associated with it. He will also explain various tools which can be used for Risk Identification and Mitigation.

 

Mr. Dikshit is Mechanical Engineer from M S University Baroda. He has more then 38 years of experience in manufacturing industries in varies functions viz. Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Lean etc. After working in MNC's like ABB, Siemens, GE he is presently providing services to industries in area of quality, lean, manufacturing transfers etc.
