Role: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience Required: 0 – 6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Engage the complete Bench Sales recruitment cycle — from sourcing client/vendor requirements to successful consultant placements.
· Market and position bench consultants effectively based on their skills, experience, and project preferences.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prime vendors, and partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
· Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks for sourcing and marketing.
· Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless on boarding processes.
· Maintain and update the vendor/client database while tracking daily recruitment activities and performance metrics.
· Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
· Preference will be given to candidates with an existing vendor/client network and a proven placement record.
· LinkedIn profile link is mandatory in the resume.
· Fresher’s with excellent communication skills and strong motivation to build a career in Bench Sales are also welcome.
