I heard this name for a long time, also his book Quality is Free. But only till today, I feel its importance to my life even before I start to read it. It's magic.

This morning I was reading Ron Patton's Software Testing in metro and in the second to end chapter I saw Philip Crosby's name and his famous book Quality is Free. This specific moment give me intuition.

Yes, testing can't improve the quality. Also, fixing the bug can't pay back the cost already happened. To expand this to our every day life, to correct an error can't remove the damage it already produced.

So absolutely, we need do the things right at the first time. It get more and more important in today's world, when more and more people are in the world and are putting more and more impact on each other's life.
