Hi,

I have downloaded latest version of Zea mays gff3 from EnsemblPlants, converted it to gtf with gffread and tryed to use with Qualimap 2.2.2b, but it was unable to load any region from that file. I found solved similar issue where problem was semicolon. Maybe there is a similar problem in this case, maybe colon?
