Their real duty is to repress "Nature & History Are As They Are" according to Logically Qualified Systems Analysis, & quite certainly not to Unlogical Quantified Theory Fantasies! The higher the rewards, the more absurd the "discoveries"; the most crucial ones for, eg, human survival are disregarded & boycotted.
