Run Fortran - cannot start

Hi, I am wondering why when I click Run Fortran on the first page, I get a "cannot start "C:\Users\(Myname)\Q2kFORTRAN2_12.exe" prompt. Can anyone help?

I am running:

Windows 11 Enterprise

Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20124) 64-bit

I have macro settings to Enable VBA macros, Enable Excel 4.0 macros when VBA macros are enabled, and Trust access to the VBA project object model.
