Help_execute software_QUAL2K

Dear all,

I am new to QUAL2K and I have collected monthly data (once in a month). This is my masters thesis work and in need of your support. I am really unaware about where to start my work from. 

Data collected includes pH, Turbidity, TSS, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, fecal coliform and total phosphate.
