warning about tonight's party ( serious)

Hey gang, we are here setting up for tonight's party. The owners have given us a warning that the past couple of months there is a guy ( sometimes accompanied with a woman) who crashes events at the hall, lingers around for a few minutes, and walks off with people's bags & pocketbooks. He is described as a middle aged man, with a droop on the side of his face. If you see anyone you don't recognize, please introduce yourself to them & ask them something about how they are with the team.
Another thing, this man has on occasion snuck upstairs and broken into the building's offices. I need 1 or 2 of you bigger guys to come with me to check the upstairs every 1/2 hour or so, just to make sure its empty. There was a night where he waited for everyone to lock up and leave the hall, and then robbed it.

I highly doubt anyone would be stupid enough to fuck with a drunken rugby team, but I want us all safe.
