Download q2 exe problem

The speed to download q2-314-demo-x86.exe from mirror sites specified
in the Downloader.java is too slow. It took more than 2 hours and
still not yet finish.

I've directly obtain the exe file from one of the following ftp mirror
sites :

ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/pc/msdos/games/idgames/idstuff/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe
ftp://ftp.cs.tu-berlin.de/pub/msdos/mirrors/ftp.idsoftware.com/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe
ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/mirrors/idsoftware/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe
ftp://ftp.fragzone.se/pub/spel/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe
ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe
ftp://ftp.gamers.org/pub/games/idgames2/idstuff/quake2/q2-314-demo-x86.exe

Which dir is the dest folder (that maven tries to download to) or how
can I jump over/ skip the steps that maven tries to download that exe
from the mirror sites?

ok. a stupid work around.

in method `public void run() { ... }'

chang

//InputStream is = url.openStream();

to

InputStream is = new FileInputStream(new File("/tmp/baseq2")); // /tmp/
baseq2 is the file manually downloaded from any of ftp mirror site.

Then exec ./install-resources again would probably get it worked.
